New with tags - has some minor flaws Pic 5 - a small run in the fabric under the arm, can't be seen when on. Pic 10 - pull in the fabric, can't only be seen when the pleats are stretched out as in the photo, not visible when on. Pic 4 - small mark on the bust, within the pleats & can be concealed within the pleats. All minor but wanted to mention. Beautiful cream floaty fabric, is polyester but has a silky feel. Sure just on or above the knee. Twisted fabric Halterneck, which follows down into the bust, fitted waist, skirt has a pencil underlayer with the pleated fabric creating a floaty top layer. Size 8
