WORN ONCE . AS NEW CONDITION ! SO LISTED AS NEW WITH DEFECTS. This is a beautiful vintage dress and jacket in the 40’s style by the original PHASE 8 The dress has a netted underskirt which means it gives an amazing silhouette. Cinched with the belt at the waist and flared on the skirt. It can be worn with or without the jacket. I had lingerie loops added to the inside of the shoulder to hold your bra strap in place so it doesn’t slip. I am selling this as New with slight defects ( it has none) simply because I wore it once and there is ABSOLUTELY no signs of wear. Perfect for a wedding or other occasion. Or dress it down without the jacket.
