Midleton stays true to the traditional method of crafting Irish whiskey, distilling a mash of both malted and unmalted Irish barley in large copper pots to make this rich and earthy tipple. From there, it's aged for 27 years in a specially selected American bourbon barrel, lending complexity to its sweet, nutty notes of honeycomb and caramelised fruits.
